The laboratory of TCS involved in PREDYKOT is Advanced Information Technologies (TAI) whose mission is to envision the future approach, architecture and technology for Thales systems.

Intelligence Power, created in 2005 with a vision to provide innovative Business Intelligence solutions. Intelligence Power is one of the few French companies that focus on research and development on innovative decision-making platforms. Thus, decision-support information systems development and extensions to new applications (i.e., GRC for security) is the key activity of Intelligence Power.
PREDYKOT project is a very important step and represents an opportunity for Intelligence Power to achieve these goals. So, the goals over the 3 years ahead are: (i) to finalize the development of our unified business intelligence platform (named ODBIS) and (ii) to provide applications cases in many domains, including intelligent and interactive security governance and risk management, which is a module with great demand by customers. After this project, Intelligence Power will exploit the project results and will integrate them in an optimized version of the ODBIS infrastructure. The results from PREDYKOT will represent the key features of future enterprise decision-making tools and will form part of Intelligence Power commercial offer

The Institut Telecom is a group of “Grandes Ecoles” in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) and one of the major French players of the R&D Framework Programme in ICT. Through its expertise in a wide range of disciplines, the Institut Telecom takes part in many of the programme’s priority thematic areas, in particular in broadband networks, wireless and mobile communications, security and in a number of application domains (network and electronic media, e-health, e-inclusion…). Two schools of the Institut Telecom are involved in the project, Telecom Bretagne (SERES Team) and Telecom SudParis (RST department).
The SERES Team of Telecom Bretagne is doing research in four main areas of computer security: (1) Access, usage and flow control models, (2) Security mechanisms design for networks and information systems, (3) Intrusion detection and vulnerability analysis, (4) Security verification and validation. SERES is or was involved in several RNTL, RNRT, ANR CELTIC and ITEA2 projects. Collaborations exist with industrial companies, especially France Télécom, EADS, Alcatel and Thales.
The RST department of Telecom SudParis possesses a strong background in identity management (FC2 project, “Fédération de Cercles de Confiance”), in traffic analysis (FP6 DIADEM project), in security information management and intrusion detection (RNTL ACES and DICO projects), in mobile and ad-hoc security (ANR CAPTEURS and FP6 MAGNET BEYOND projects) and in network mobility (ANR 3MING and MOBISEND projects).

The LiSSi research laboratory (Laboratoire Image Signaux Systèmes Intelligents) is part of the research laboratories of the Paris-Est, Créteil, Val de Marne (UPEC) University – 32000 students and 2400 staff members. The LISSI Lab counts around 89 members (including professors, associate professors, research assistants and post docs, engineers and PhD Students). LiSSi was originally created to develop methods and algorithms for signal processing and for modelling, analysis and control of networks and complex systems. Application fields are then ubiquitous robotics, pervasive and distributed systems, autonomous and soft computing (machine learning, fuzzy systems, neural networks), service based architectures, context-aware agent middleware, Intelligent Agents Platform for dynamic workflow and context-aware applications, biomedical signal processing, and also intelligent data processing and multi-agent systems. All these research activities have given rise to several publications in international journals or conference proceedings. LiSSi has taken part in several R&D projects in collaboration with industrial and academic partners; these projects (ACI Blanche/MATEO, ANR RNRT/RADIC SF, ARITT, IST project MDI, LEONARDO DA VINCI SICINE project, etc.) have been funded by regional, national and European institutions. In particular, thanks also to recent ITEA-2 European projects like SEMbySEM and MULTIPOL, LiSSi has extended these last years its activities in the knowledge-based systems domain to include in them high-level research on applied Semantics and Semantic Web.

IRIT was founded in 1990. It is a common research unit of CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique), INPT (Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse), UPS (University Paul Sabatier), UT1 (University Toulouse1 Capitole) and UTM (University de Toulouse2-le Mirail). It is one of the main French research centres in Computer Science with 653 members (among which 250 researchers and faculty members, and 250 Ph.D. students) and research at IRIT covers the major fields in Information and engineering Sciences and Technologies. Within IRIT, the research conducted by team SIERA focuses on the control and the management of complex communication infrastructures and services. It has defined and evaluated new management paradigms resulting in architectures, platforms, tools or normalization contributions to the management community. SIERA has contributed to different European, national and industrial projects related to security management like ENHANCE, VIVACE, IMAGE, CASH, INCOME, GEOWINE, IFAU and IMAP.

NEXTEL is a telematic engineering company with an expertise in security solutions. NEXTEL is an accredited auditor by BSI on BS-7799-2:2002 information security management system and has a long record of activities with telecom and broadcasting companies. Moreover, NEXTEL has more than two decades of experience offering telematic services to the business world, broadcasters and telecommunication industrial enterprises, providing them with advanced technical security solutions and helping them to a total integration of telecommunications to their business processes.
NEXTEL develops a wide range of network value added services from computer installations maintenance to specific security solutions. It has a development department focused on high performance secured computing in areas like banking, airports, construction and public administration. References are: automotive (Daimler-Chrysler), health (Osakidetza, SSO technologies), airports (AENA), ports, Basque Parliament, SPRI, assurance companies and utilities. Our areas of work include the engineering, integration and consultancy of telematic systems and services, the support and advanced technical training, the security and maintenance of networks and systems, and the design and development of web applications. Services are: security consultancy, SGSI implementation (Systems of Management of the Security of the Information) according to BS 7799-2: 2002 / UNE 71502, content security, secured servers, SSL, SET, certification servers, certification entity, PKI systems, routers, firewalls, Proxys, and VPN modules, systems of high availability and performance. Finally, NEXTEL has a high expertise in developing R&D projects, at both European and national level.

ZIV GRID AUTOMATION is a company of ZIV Aplicaciones y Tecnología, a corporation founded in July 1993 that designs, manufactures and markets digital EQUIPMENT and SYSTEMS in the areas of PROTECTION, CONTROL, METERING, SYSTEM ENGINEERING, SERVICES and COMMUNICATION for substation applications in the generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy.

ZIV GRID AUTOMATION, S.L designs, produces and markets a great variety of protective relays and digital protection, control and metering equipment and systems for medium and high voltage applications for power utilities and industrial power systems. Innovalia Association is a an independent private Associated Research Lab, established by a group of technology-based companies that are all highly aware of that innovation, as an inherent business process, is a necessity for maintaining competitiveness. The research centre also organizes annual seminars where leading information security management experts give talks on the latest findings in the area of information security management.
